Responsibilities
- Oversee entire production lifecycle: pre-production planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Manage client relationships and present creative concepts to stakeholders
- Ensure technical quality across all deliverables (4K, HDR, VR/AR)
- Optimize workflows using Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Stay current with emerging video technologies and industry trends
- Mentor junior producers and foster cross-departmental collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Cinema 4D
- Proven ability to manage budgets exceeding $500K and teams of 10+ members
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design
- Experience directing green screen shoots and location productions
- Exceptional storytelling ability with focus on brand messaging
- BA/BS in Film Production, Communications, or related field
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US
