Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining strict quality control
- Lead creative briefings and client presentations, translating complex requirements into actionable production plans
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, post-production teams, and external vendors
- Implement innovative storytelling techniques across social media, commercials, and digital campaigns
- Mentor junior producers and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years professional video production experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Final Cut Pro
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video formats (commercials, documentaries, social content)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with motion graphics, 3D animation, and color grading workflows
