- Develop creative concepts aligned with client brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, sound designers, and visual effects artists
- Coordinate logistics: budget allocation, vendor sourcing, equipment rental, and scheduling
- Deliver broadcast-quality content across digital platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Present creative pitches and progress updates to stakeholders and clients
- Maintain project timelines using industry-standard production management tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven experience managing teams of 3+ creative professionals
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and color grading principles
- Ability to translate complex brand narratives into compelling visual stories
- Experience with budget management for projects up to $500k
- Excellent communication skills and client relationship management expertise
