- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for 5-8 concurrent projects
- Lead cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Conduct client presentations and ensure deliverables exceed expectations
- Stay current with industry trends in cinematography, lighting, and editing techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong leadership skills managing remote and in-person teams
- Proven ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines and budget constraints
- Understanding of motion graphics principles and color grading workflows
