Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production process, including pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
- Develop creative concepts, write scripts, and create detailed storyboards and shot lists.
- Direct and manage on-set crews, including cinematographers, lighting technicians, and audio engineers.
- Supervise editing, motion graphics, and color grading to ensure the final product aligns with brand guidelines.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and provide strategic creative direction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video production.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production and post-production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of high-end commercial and narrative work.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-location shoots.
