Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from ideation to final delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for 5-8 concurrent projects
- Lead creative briefings and client presentations
- Coordinate with directors, cinematographers, and post-production teams
- Ensure brand consistency and technical quality across all deliverables
- Optimize workflows using industry-standard software (Adobe CC, DaVinci)
- Analyze performance metrics to refine future campaigns
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ in leadership roles
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse high-budget commercial projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience managing remote production teams
- Understanding of emerging video technologies and trends
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
