Responsibilities
- Produce, shoot, and edit compelling video stories for digital and broadcast platforms
- Lead field production teams during live events and breaking news coverage
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques using drones, 360° video, and VR
- Mentor junior journalists and optimize content for social media algorithms
- Collaborate with investigative teams to produce long-form documentaries
- Manage equipment budgets and maintain broadcast-quality production standards
- Represent the network at industry events and speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years professional video journalism experience with broadcast credits
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Sony/Fujinum cameras
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning visual storytelling and technical proficiency
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage high-pressure deadline environments
- Deep understanding of journalistic ethics and media law
- Strong network of industry contacts and event access capabilities
