Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with directors and producers to understand the creative vision and execution strategy.
- Perform color grading and correction using industry-standard tools to enhance visual storytelling.
- Implement sound design and audio mixing to ensure a polished audio-visual experience.
- Create motion graphics and visual effects (VFX) to support the narrative.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently in a remote-first environment.
- Present rough cuts and revisions to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a creative agency or production house.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including commercials, social media content, and corporate videos.
- Deep understanding of color theory and experience with DaVinci Resolve or similar grading software.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Trello).
