Responsibilities
- Post-Production Mastery: Edit, assemble, and finalize raw footage into polished videos for social media, websites, and commercials.
- Visual Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives by selecting the best shots, pacing the edit, and enhancing the overall storytelling flow.
- Color Grading: Apply professional color correction and grading to ensure the visual aesthetic meets brand standards and enhances mood.
- Sound Design: Edit audio, sync sound effects, and mix music to create a seamless and immersive auditory experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative director and production team to understand project requirements and provide creative feedback.
- File Management: Organize project files, maintain a clean workspace, and ensure assets are backed up and accessible.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of professional video editing experience.
- Software: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of editing styles and projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of video compression, codecs, and resolution scaling.
- Creativity: Strong creative instincts with an ability to think outside the box.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
