Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production Management: Lead the concept development, pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing for commercial campaigns, corporate videos, and social media content.
- Post-Production Expertise: Edit raw footage into polished final products, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Client Collaboration: Present creative concepts and storyboards to clients, incorporating feedback to ensure final deliverables align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
- Technical Oversight: Manage on-set operations, ensuring proper lighting, camera setups, and audio capture to maintain high production values.
- Project Budgeting: Create and manage production budgets, tracking expenses to ensure profitability and efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, and directing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading is highly preferred.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of commercial, narrative, and documentary-style work.
- Storytelling: Strong narrative instincts with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to diverse stakeholders.
