Apex Creative Studios is seeking a visionary Senior Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist to lead our post-production department. We are a forward-thinking agency dedicated to crafting immersive digital experiences that captivate audiences and drive brand growth.

Responsibilities
- Direct and edit video content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Manage the full post-production workflow, including rough cuts, fine cuts, color grading, and sound design.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Collaborate closely with producers and creative directors to develop innovative visual concepts.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries for efficient project retrieval.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet industry standards.
- Mentor junior editors and provide technical guidance to the creative team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in professional video editing and motion graphics, preferably within an agency or production environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles, from documentary-style cuts to high-end commercial motion graphics.
- Deep understanding of color theory, lighting, and audio mixing principles.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative vision effectively.
