Responsibilities
- Review raw footage to identify selection requirements.
- Shoot footage and direct actors' performances.
- Manipulate and edit film pieces in a way that is appealing to the audience.
- Create rough and final cuts.
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth flow of the video.
- Collaborate with the creative director and producers to execute the vision.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables under strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Video Editor.
- Hands-on experience with digital filmmaking software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- Proficiency with non-linear editing software and color grading.
- Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating editing skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
