Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content that aligns with client brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and producers to develop narrative arcs and visual styles.
- Implement complex motion graphics, visual effects (VFX), and color grading using industry-standard software.
- Manage the post-production pipeline, including asset organization, file management, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Optimize video files for various platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and playback quality.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on their work.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of color grading (DaVinci Resolve preferred) and sound design principles.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of commercial, documentary, or corporate video styles.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take creative direction effectively.
