The Role
In this pivotal role, you will take raw footage and transform it into polished, engaging videos that resonate with audiences. You will work closely with our creative directors and producers to ensure every project meets our high standards of quality and storytelling. What you'll do:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts that align with brand identity.
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Implement motion graphics, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the visual narrative.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Ensure all content maintains consistency with our brand guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior editors and support the production workflow.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor (minimum 3-5 years).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of editing styles and genres.
- Deep understanding of color grading and audio mixing.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
- Knowledge of HTML5 video standards is a plus.

- Excellent storytelling and narrative structure skills.
- Proficient in audio mixing and sound design basics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred.
