Lumina Digital Studios is seeking a Senior Video Editor to join our award-winning post-production team in the heart of Los Angeles. We work with global brands to create impactful, high-conversion video assets that push the boundaries of digital media.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our creative output, transforming raw footage into compelling narratives. If you have a sharp eye for pacing, color grading expertise, and a mastery of motion graphics, we want to see your portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production process for high-impact brand campaigns and short-form digital content.
- Execute complex edits including multicam synchronization, color correction, and sound design.
- Collaborate with directors and creative leads to translate brand vision into engaging visual stories.
- Design high-end motion graphics and visual effects to elevate production value.
- Optimize video assets for various social media platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube) to maximize engagement.
- Manage project timelines and assets efficiently within a fast-paced agency environment.
- Stay current on industry trends, software advancements, and emerging video styles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably within a creative agency or media house.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- A deep understanding of color grading workflows and audio mixing best practices.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and technical precision.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take creative direction and iterate based on feedback.
- Degree in Film, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
