Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production process for high-impact social media, commercial, and long-form video content.
- Execute complex color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration to ensure a cohesive brand aesthetic.
- Collaborate closely with creative directors and producers to refine narrative flow and pacing.
- Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.
- Develop innovative editing techniques that push the boundaries of digital visual storytelling.
- Mentor junior editing staff and contribute to the evolution of the studio’s creative workflow.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of modern color correction workflows and audio mastering.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating high-end motion graphics and sophisticated storytelling.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visual reality with minimal supervision.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends, aspect ratios, and export best practices.
