Responsibilities
- Edit long-form and short-form video content for social media, broadcast, and internal digital platforms.
- Collaborate with producers and art directors to refine narrative flow, pacing, and color grading.
- Develop high-quality motion graphics and visual effects to elevate storytelling.
- Manage post-production workflows, ensuring all assets meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
- Organize and maintain complex project files and media libraries across internal servers.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and pre-production planning.
- Stay current with industry trends, editing software updates, and emerging visual technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Studies, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in professional video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing varied styles.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Deep understanding of color correction, sound design, and audio mixing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong knowledge of video compression formats, codecs, and delivery specifications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative studio culture.
