Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production workflow for commercial and branded content projects.
- Collaborate with directors and creative leads to establish visual narratives and pacing.
- Execute advanced color correction and high-end motion graphics integration.
- Perform meticulous audio mixing, sound design, and music track selection.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards under tight deadlines.
- Mentor junior editors and maintain organizational standards for server/project architecture.
- Stay current with emerging editing trends and industry-standard creative software.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in pacing, visual storytelling, and color grading.
- Deep understanding of codecs, formats, and frame rate workflows for various platforms.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-functioning creative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or equivalent work experience.
- Impeccable attention to detail and high organizational skills.
