Responsibilities
- Edit long-form and short-form video content for diverse multi-platform campaigns.
- Collaborate with directors and creative leads to execute the visual narrative.
- Perform advanced color grading and sound design to elevate final outputs.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows including asset organization and delivery.
- Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Review feedback from stakeholders and implement precision revisions quickly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and software innovations to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated pacing, narrative flow, and creative editing.
- Deep understanding of codecs, frame rates, and cross-platform export requirements.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
