Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and visual concepts.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with strict brand guidelines.
- Perform professional color grading and sound design using industry-standard software.
- Create motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling and viewer retention.
- Manage project timelines and deliver high-quality work under tight production deadlines.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Video Editor in a professional setting.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling ability and technical proficiency.
- Deep understanding of color theory, pacing, and sound design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback gracefully.
- BA/BFA in Film, Media, or related field preferred.
