Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and motion graphics designers to align with project vision and brand guidelines
- Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards across all deliverables
- Color grade and audio master final cuts to ensure broadcast-ready quality
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques and visual effects that elevate brand narratives
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social media, web, broadcast) with platform-specific formatting
- Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and emerging editing techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of color theory, sound design principles, and motion graphics fundamentals
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and visual precision
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows, HDR color grading, and audio restoration techniques
