Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for marketing, social media, and long-form digital series.
- Collaborate closely with directors and producers to ensure narrative cohesion and brand alignment.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including logging, syncing, color grading, and sound mixing.
- Develop compelling motion graphics and visual effects to elevate storytelling.
- Optimize assets for various distribution channels, including 4K cinema, web, and mobile formats.
- Mentor junior editors and maintain high production standards for all team output.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and software advancements to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating storytelling expertise across diverse genres.
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, and pacing.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
- Deep knowledge of codecs, frame rates, and export specifications for digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to accept and implement creative feedback.
