Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the creative director and producers to understand project goals and visual style.
- Edit raw footage into a cohesive narrative that aligns with client brand guidelines.
- Perform advanced color grading using DaVinci Resolve to achieve a cinematic look.
- Integrate motion graphics and visual effects (VFX) using Adobe After Effects.
- Manage sound design, including dialogue cleanup, music selection, and SFX mixing.
- Ensure all deliverables meet strict deadlines and technical specifications.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to the development of post-production workflows.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably in a commercial or agency environment.
- Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles, including commercials, music videos, and social content.
- Deep understanding of color theory, pacing, and storytelling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
- High attention to detail and a passion for visual quality.
