As a key member of our production division, you'll collaborate with directors, marketers, and animators to deliver high-impact content for streaming platforms, brands, and social media campaigns.
Our ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, owns the creative process from concept to final cut, and pushes the boundaries of visual storytelling. You'll work with industry-standard tools and contribute to projects ranging from brand documentaries to viral social content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video editing strategies aligned with creative briefs and brand guidelines
- Perform advanced editing, color grading, motion graphics, and sound design in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Collaborate with directors to refine narrative flow and visual aesthetics
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries with efficient version control
- Optimize final outputs for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, broadcast, etc.)
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to creative team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with demonstrable portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and animation techniques
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro Pro
- Exceptional storytelling ability with attention to pacing and emotional impact
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
