Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end video editing projects, from raw footage assembly to final color grading and sound mixing.

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining strict quality standards and deadlines.
  • Optimize content formats for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and broadcast TV.
  • Mentor junior editors and contribute to the evolution of the studio’s editing workflow and technical standards.
  • Perform meticulous media management and project archiving within our centralized server infrastructure.
  • Integrate high-quality motion graphics and visual effects to elevate storytelling components.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio environment.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a major plus.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in narrative flow, pacing, and multi-cam editing.
  • Deep understanding of color correction and audio post-production techniques.
  • Ability to thrive under tight production schedules and feedback cycles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative choices to stakeholders.
