Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production process from raw footage to final color-graded delivery.
- Collaborate closely with directors and creative leads to establish pacing, narrative flow, and visual style.
- Perform advanced sound design, audio mixing, and color correction to elevate production value.
- Manage multi-project workflows, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to the refinement of our internal creative pipeline.
- Integrate high-quality motion graphics and VFX to enhance storytelling.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and software advancements to ensure we remain at the forefront of digital production.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of narrative structure, color theory, and audio post-production.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of work (commercial, social, or long-form).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle constructive feedback with grace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability for production workflows.
- Experience with high-end codec management, delivery specs, and proxy workflows.
