Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content from raw footage to final color-graded master.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to shape the narrative and pacing of projects.
- Develop motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Manage complex project files, assets, and render queues efficiently.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in video editing, social media, and post-production workflows.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical execution.
- Oversee final exports, ensuring perfect specifications across all platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Proficient in DaVinci Resolve for professional-grade color correction.
- Strong portfolio showcasing cinematic storytelling and rhythmic editing.
- Deep understanding of post-production workflows, codecs, and delivery formats.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
