Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual narratives aligned with brand guidelines
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast) while maintaining quality standards
- Color grade footage and apply motion graphics to enhance visual impact
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets on strict deadlines
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging video technologies
- Mentor junior editors and maintain asset organization systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating technical excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, sound design, and motion graphics principles
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and production teams
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and compression formats (H.264, ProRes)
- Portfolio showcasing diverse projects (brand films, social content, documentaries)
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining creative vision
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
