Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for high-end cinematic content? Creative Pulse Media is looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our award-winning post-production team in the heart of Los Angeles. We work with global brands to create impactful, engaging, and high-conversion video assets.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the final narrative of our projects, working closely with directors and producers to bring creative visions to life through expert pacing, color grading, and sound design.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
- Collaborate with producers and creative directors to iterate on storyboards and rough cuts.
- Execute complex motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Perform advanced color correction and audio mixing to ensure broadcast-quality output.
- Manage project files and assets efficiently within a shared server environment.
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to workflow optimization.
- Stay current with industry trends, plugins, and editing techniques.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or studio environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling and technical precision.
- Deep understanding of composition, pacing, and color theory.
- Experience with social-first video formats (vertical, short-form) and traditional broadcast.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or equivalent creative field preferred.
