- Collaborate with directors to maintain creative vision while meeting client briefs
- Manage color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration
- Optimize final deliverables across multiple platforms (social, broadcast, web)
- Maintain project timelines and coordinate with post-production team
- Stay current with industry trends and editing software innovations
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of color theory and audio mixing principles
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading
- Portfolio showcasing diverse styles (corporate, narrative, social media)
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills
