Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video concepts from storyboards to final cuts
- Perform advanced editing in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
- Create motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects
- Color grade footage to achieve cinematic quality standards
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently
- Mentor junior editors and maintain best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory and cinematic techniques
- Experience with motion graphics and VFX pipelines
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
