Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute compelling video narratives for diverse platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Perform advanced editing, color grading, and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite
- Collaborate with creative directors to align visual storytelling with brand strategy
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Optimize video assets for various formats and platforms (4K, mobile, web)
- Mentor junior editors and maintain industry best practices
- Stay updated with emerging trends in video production and post-production
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, animation principles, and visual storytelling
- Experience with color grading, audio mixing, and compression techniques
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and feedback skills
- BA/BS in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
