Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end video editing from concept to final delivery across multiple platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual storytelling concepts and narrative arcs
- Manage motion graphics integration, color grading, and audio synchronization using Adobe Creative Suite
- Optimize content for various formats and aspect ratios while maintaining brand consistency
- Lead editing sessions with clients and stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables within fast-paced production schedules
- Mentor junior editors and contribute to creative team brainstorming sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with demonstrable portfolio of broadcast-quality work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of motion graphics principles and visual storytelling techniques
- Experience managing projects in fast-paced agency or studio environments
- Strong communication skills for client collaboration and creative direction
- Knowledge of 4K/8K workflows, HDR color science, and audio post-production
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
