Responsibilities
- Craft high-quality video content from raw footage, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and designers to visualize concepts and execute complex editing sequences.
- Perform color grading and correction using industry-standard tools to enhance visual storytelling and mood.
- Integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to produce dynamic and engaging multimedia assets.
- Manage project timelines, adhere to strict deadlines, and deliver polished final cuts ready for broadcast and web distribution.
- Optimize video files for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn) while maintaining high production value.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and capable of working with non-linear editing systems.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of editing styles, narrative structure, and technical proficiency.
- Deep understanding of pacing, rhythm, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
