Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and edit high-impact video content for digital campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling
- Collaborate with creative directors to translate project briefs into visually stunning narratives
- Implement motion graphics, color grading, and sound design to enhance production value
- Manage video assets and maintain organized project workflows across Adobe Creative Suite
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (web, mobile, social) while maintaining brand consistency
- Lead creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of motion graphics, typography, and visual storytelling principles
- Experience managing projects from concept through final delivery with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- BA in Film, Media, or related field OR equivalent professional experience
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt to evolving project requirements
