Responsibilities
- Produce high-impact video content for Fortune 500 clients across social media, broadcast, and digital platforms
- Lead end-to-end editing workflows from concept to final delivery, including color grading, sound design, and VFX integration
- Develop innovative visual storytelling techniques that align with brand guidelines while maintaining creative excellence
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with strict deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Mentor junior editors and provide technical guidance on industry-standard software and workflows
- Collaborate with motion graphics team to seamlessly integrate animations and visual effects
- Optimize video assets for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, broadcast) with platform-specific requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial content
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles, color theory, and audio post-production
- Experience working with 4K/8K footage, HDR color grading, and complex compositing workflows
- Proven ability to manage projects in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Portfolio showcasing diverse styles (documentary, corporate, social media, narrative)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate creative briefs into visual solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Arts, or related field preferred
