Responsibilities
- Edit and polish raw footage into cohesive, high-impact videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with directors and producers to align creative vision with project goals
- Manage color grading, sound design, and motion graphics to elevate production quality
- Optimize videos for multiple platforms (social media, web, broadcast) with technical precision
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries for seamless team workflows
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative storytelling
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, audio mixing, and motion graphics principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
- Experience working with 4K footage and HDR color workflows
