Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video concepts from storyboards to final cuts
- Collaborate with directors and producers to align with brand vision
- Manage editing workflow using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Motion graphics creation and visual effects integration
- Color grading and audio mixing for professional output
- Lead junior editors and maintain project timelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styles (ads, documentaries, social)
- Knowledge of motion graphics (AE, Cinema 4D)
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV or related field
- Experience leading creative teams preferred
