In this role, you will shape the narrative of national campaigns, digital marketing assets, and long-form branded documentaries. We are looking for an artist who masters the balance between technical precision and emotional resonance.
Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to refine storyboards and project vision.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, including assembly, color grading, and audio mixing.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating new techniques and software into the creative workflow.
- Optimize project files for efficient archiving and team collaboration.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive creative feedback.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency or production environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and narrative structure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of color science, frame rates, and codec compression for various platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
