Responsibilities
- Produce, edit, and polish video content for diverse platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Collaborate with creative directors to storyboard and execute visual concepts
- Manage post-production workflows including color grading, sound design, and VFX integration
- Optimize videos for technical specifications across devices and platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all video deliverables
- Lead editing sessions with junior editors and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics, 3D animation, and compositing principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and feedback incorporation
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience with 4K/8K workflows and HDR color grading
