Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and divestitures.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors.
- Direct the development of sophisticated financial models, valuations, and fairness opinions.
- Provide strategic advisory services regarding capital structure, portfolio optimization, and market entry.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of associates and analysts, fostering a culture of professional growth.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying emerging market trends and originating new deal flow.
- Collaborate with legal, tax, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless deal closure across multiple jurisdictions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Investment Banking, specifically within M&A or Capital Markets.
- Proven track record of successfully closed mid-market to large-cap transactions.
- MBA from a top-tier business school or equivalent professional designation (CFA/CPA) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modeling, quantitative analysis, and corporate valuation techniques.
- Superior negotiation, presentation, and communication skills suitable for boardroom environments.
- Extensive network within the global financial services industry and a deep understanding of SEC regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing multidisciplinary deal teams.
