Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to final high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship scalable, accessible, and elegant features.
- Maintain and evolve our global design system to ensure consistency across all web and mobile interfaces.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on quantitative and qualitative user feedback.
- Translate complex user needs into simple, intuitive user flows and wireframes.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creative excellence and constructive critique.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind creative decisions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field within the SaaS industry.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie or Framer.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and component-based design architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with rapid iteration cycles.
- Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
