Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications.
- Translate business requirements and user research into elegant, data-driven design solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust design system to ensure consistency across product ecosystems.
- Conduct usability testing sessions to gather actionable insights and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes for stakeholder presentations and user validation.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a high-performance design culture.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Deep expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Framer or Principle.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between design and front-end development (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in managing design systems and component libraries.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
