As a Senior UI/UX Designer at InnovateX, you will be instrumental in leading design initiatives from concept to execution for our next generation of products. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and design specifications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and final designs to internal teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating design rationale.
- Champion user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of growth, learning, and design excellence within the team.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continually innovate and improve our design offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful digital products.
- Expert proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Demonstrable experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Proficiency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
