Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on interface designs based on real-world data.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems that ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to align design goals with business KPIs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative studio culture of critique and growth.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate complex user flows and micro-interactions.
- Partner with front-end developers to ensure high-fidelity implementation and visual quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in user-centered design principles.
- Mastery of industry-standard tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Protopie.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and modern UI patterns.
- Proven ability to translate abstract business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience in managing design systems and contributing to component libraries.
