Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and visual systems
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement pixel-perfect designs and optimize user flows
- Create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Adobe XD to communicate design concepts
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design
- Experience with user research methods including persona development and journey mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful design projects with measurable impact
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design rationale
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
