Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototypes
- Develop and maintain scalable UI design systems and component libraries
- Conduct user testing sessions and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe XD for stakeholder presentations
- Establish design governance frameworks and accessibility best practices
- Mentor junior designers through portfolio reviews and skill development
- Analyze user behavior data to continuously optimize user journeys
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex design systems and user research
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design methodologies
- Ability to translate business goals into compelling user experiences
- Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders
- Proven track record of mentoring design teams
