Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research to high-fidelity prototyping
- Develop responsive UI systems ensuring consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Create design documentation and style guides for cross-functional alignment
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS products
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Experience collaborating with agile development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
