Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI implementation
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system ensuring consistency across 15+ digital products
- Conduct usability testing and translate insights into actionable design improvements
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect solutions
- Create design documentation and style guides for cross-functional alignment
- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with SaaS or fintech products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles and visual systems
- Experience conducting user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
