Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and usability testing
- Create pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma, ensuring brand consistency across iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions using Agile methodologies
- Conduct user interviews and analyze data to inform design decisions and iterate on products
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Present design solutions to executive stakeholders with clear rationale and impact metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B SaaS products
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of design systems, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1), and responsive design principles
- Experience with user research methodologies including personas, journey mapping, and A/B testing
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
